EASTPERIENCE CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation, either from the traveler or the local, have to be conducted on the Eastperience website.

BOOKING REQUESTS

All bookings need to be confirmed by the local within 24 hours. If your booking request is rejected or not confirmed within 24 hours, you are not charged.

CANCELLATION BY THE TRAVELER

If the traveler cancels more than 3 days before the experience date (CET applies), he will be refunded 100% of the total price.
If the traveler cancels less than 3 days before the experience date (CET applies), he will not receive a refund and the local will be fully paid

AMENDMENTS TO BOOKINGS BY THE TRAVELER

If a traveler wishes to amend an existing booking, the original booking must be cancelled and a new booking made. Cancellation charges may apply.

CANCELLATION BY THE LOCAL

If the local cancels the experience, the traveler will be refunded 100% of the total price. This will have a negative impact on the locals’ ranking on our website. We reserve the right to terminate our partnership.
