Eastperience s.r.l.s. is a private company founded and registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Rome, Italy.


We are an online marketplace that enables registered users “travelers” to search, find and book travel experiences, offered by registered users “locals”. Once the “traveler” makes a reservation, we act solely as an intermediary between the “traveler” and the “local”.


In order to create an account which enables you to use some of the features on the website, you must provide accurate, timely and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. You are also responsible for all activities that occur in connection with your account and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or remove your account immediately if you breach any of these Terms.


The host will individually determine the experience cost. Before setting the cost, the local must evaluate any local taxes applied for providing these services. The cost displayed on the web site includes all fees and taxes and is final for the traveler. As a local you understand and agree that 100% of the amount paid for the EastPerience will be considered as your personal income and taxes will be accounted for the entire initial amount.


After a tour is complete, the traveler will be reminded to review their experience. Reviews are critical for helping Eastperience to grow as a trustworthy community and are especially valuable for locals who want to build their reputation. Be honest and descriptive when writing your review. We truly appreciate your sincere and helpful opinion.


We disclaim any and all liability to you for the supply of the services we provide to you to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law. We cannot accept any liability for any loss, damage or expense, including any direct or indirect loss such as loss of profits, to you howsoever arising.
We do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss or damage to goodwill, loss or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of our website or for any services we may provide to you.
We do not accept any liability for any delays, failures, errors or omissions or loss of transmitted information, viruses or other contamination or destructive properties transmitted to you or your computer system via the platform.


Although care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information on the website, we do not warrant that our website or our services will be uninterrupted or error free. Therefore, you access and use the website at your own risk. The service is provided on “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind , either express or implied.


These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the Italian law.


We aim to provide you with an excellent service at all times. If you are unhappy with our service for any reason, please contact our Customer Service at info@eastperience.com We will try to send you the acknowledgement of your complaint within 48 hours. After we have had an opportunity to investigate your concerns, we will send you a final response.
